May 20 - Deadline for submitting Medical Forms
May 20 - Total payment is due in full
Registration:
Registration is open to campers without regard to race, color, religious affiliation, nationality or ethnic origin. After receipt of your Registration and Application Forms, either by mail or on-line, you will receive an acknowledgment, health form, health requirements and invoice in approximately six weeks.
DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION FEE:
EACH APPPLICATION MUST INCLUDE BOTH THE DEPOSIT AND THE REGISTRATION FEES FOR EACH CAMPER.
$100 DEPOSIT x NUMBER OF SESSIONS + $25 REGISTRATION FEE
= TOTAL DEPOSIT per applicant
The deposit is deductible from the tuition
PAYMENT:
Your invoice will be your confirmation. This invoice is the only one you will receive. If there should be any updated changes made in agreement with the camp registrar and/or director, you may receive a revised statement. Payment is due in full on or before May 20th. Enrollment cannot be guaranteed without correct and prompt payment. Extended Day and Transportation fees are payable in full with the camp tuition.
DEADLINE FOR REFUNDS -
APRIL 1: POLICY DUE TO CANCELLATIONS OR REVISIONS
A written notice of withdrawal must be given before the April 1 deadline, your full deposit for each session cancelled will be refunded. Refunds, credits,and deposits will be forfeited after this date. The registration fee is non-refundable at any time.
MEDICAL FORM:
A fully completed, signed and dated Health Form provided by the camp must be submitted to our office by May 20th before your child can attend.

TUITION REFUND PLAN:
If a camper is disabled from an accident or illness resulting in his or her absence for five consecutive camp days, tuition will be refunded for those days absent. If a camper is absent because of any pre-camp illness or accident, the camp is not responsible for any refund. The camp reserves the right to require proof of disability.

This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and be licensed by the local board of health. Parents may submit written requests for Pilgrim Day Camp's policy regarding staff background checks, health care and discipline policies, and procedures for filing grievances, as well as other policies and procedures.
